In plain terms
These terms govern the sale and use of software published by Arif Özelci - WebKoding (WebKoding), a sole trader registered in Türkiye, through webkodingtheme.com.
By buying or using our software you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy the software.
Who you are buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Paddle handles the payment, issues your invoice, and collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself. We remain responsible for the software and for supporting you.
What you are buying
A licence to use the plugin, delivered as a download and a licence key. Unless a product page says otherwise, one purchase covers:
- use of the plugin on one WordPress site;
- one year of updates from the date of purchase;
- one year of email support from the date of purchase.
After a year the plugin does not stop working, and we will not charge you to keep using it. What lapses is your access to new versions and to support. You may renew; you are never obliged to.
The code is GPL
Our plugins are derivative works of WordPress and are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That is not a formality: it means you may modify the code and you may redistribute it.
What you are paying for is the licence key — which is to say, the updates and the support that come with it — not permission to run the code. We say this plainly because some sellers do not, and a customer deserves to know exactly what their money bought. See the licence page.
What we do not promise
The software is provided as it is. We test it, we fix what breaks, and we tell you the truth about what it does — but we cannot promise it will be free of defects, nor that it will suit a purpose we have not described.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Refunds
30 days, no argument required. The full policy is on the refund page.
Ending the licence
We may end your licence if you resell your licence key as if it were your own, or if you use the software to break the law. Redistributing the GPL code is not a breach — that is what the licence permits, and selling somebody else’s key as a service is a different act entirely.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published; they do not reach back and alter a licence you have already bought.
