In plain terms

We collect the minimum needed to sell you software and support you: your email, the products you bought, and your licence keys. Paddle collects the payment details; we never see your card number. The plugins run on your server and send us nothing except a licence check, and no third-party trackers run on your site.

This policy covers webkodingtheme.com, run by Arif Özelci - WebKoding in Türkiye.

It is short because we collect very little. That is a property of how the products work, not a promise we are asking you to take on faith: our plugins run entirely on your own server and send us nothing.

What we hold, and why

  • Your email address and name, when you buy something or write to support — so we can send you the download and the licence key, and answer you.
  • Your licence key and which products it covers — so the plugin can check it is entitled to updates.
  • The site domain a licence is activated on — so a single-site licence can be one site.

What we never hold

  • Your card details. We never see them. Paddle takes the payment.
  • Anything from inside your WordPress site. Your orders, customers, products, reservations and reports stay on your server. The plugins do not phone home with them, and there is no account of ours for them to be uploaded to.

Who else touches your data

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record. They process the payment, hold the billing details, and issue the invoice. Their privacy policy governs what they hold.
  • Envato — if you bought on CodeCanyon, they took the payment and hold the billing record, not us.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads — which pages are read, which products are bought, and which advert brought somebody here. Nothing that identifies you personally, and nothing about your WordPress site. When a sale happens we send Google the amount and the transaction reference, so that a sale can be counted once and matched to the advert that caused it — not the name or the email address of whoever bought it.
  • Reddit — the same two things, the amount and the transaction reference, and only if you agreed to measurement. Reddit has no equivalent of Google’s consent mode, so its script is not loaded at all until you say yes: on a first visit, and after a refusal, nothing is requested from Reddit and it is never told you were here. If you accept and later change your mind, the script is already on the page you are reading; it is not started again from your next page load onwards.

We do not sell your data. We do not upload customer lists to any advertising platform, and nothing we send can be used to build a profile of you across other websites unless you have agreed to it below.

If you asked us to keep in touch

Then we hold your email address, the page you signed up from, and the date — and nothing else. The page is there so that the next email is about the kind of thing you were reading rather than about everything we make; it is not used to build a profile of you.

Nothing is sent until you click the link in the confirmation email. If somebody typed your address in by mistake, doing nothing is the correct answer and the address is never written to. Every email we do send carries a one-click link to stop them, which needs no login and asks no questions. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and it is not uploaded to any advertising platform.

Cookies, and the choice you were given

Measurement is switched off when you arrive, for everybody, wherever you are. The banner asks once; until you answer, nothing is stored on your device and nothing we send can be used for advertising. Saying no keeps it that way — the site works identically either way, and there is nothing on it you get for agreeing.

Changed your mind, in either direction? Answer the banner at the bottom of the page. Your answer is kept on your own device, so clearing your browser data forgets it and the banner asks again.

How long we keep it

Purchase and licence records for as long as the licence exists, and afterwards for as long as tax law in Türkiye requires us to keep the record of the sale. Support emails until they are no longer any use to either of us.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will do it. Deleting your record ends your access to updates, because the licence key is the record.

For anything to do with payment or billing data, Paddle is the controller — ask them, and we will help you do it.
